** 특 징 및 용 도 **
-분쇄정립기는 산업적반에 사용되며, 보다 발전된 분쇄 및 정립 등 다용도로서 원료의 분쇄, 습건식 과립의 규격화, 재생에 이용된다.
** 작 동 원 리**
-사출 성형 칼날의 회전으로 피더에 공급된 재료를 체망사이로 밀어 원추형 체망을 원심력으로 통과하는 방법이다.
-GMP에 적합하며 모두 스텐레스강으로 제작되어 있다. 모든 부품교환이 쉽고 회전부와 접촉되는 면이 없어 금속찌꺼기가 생기기 않는다. 스텐레스 구동축은 조절이 가능하다.
-단순화된 디자인으로 청소가 수월하며 사각이 없어 투입원료가 끼여 쌓이지 않는다. 사양에 따라 모터의 회전수를 변환하여 제품의 다양화와 밀폐식이다.
-다량의 재료투입이 가능하며 열발생이 적도록 디자인하여 재료의 흐름이 용이하고 날개판을 적절히 통제하여 분쇄시 열발생을 최소화한다. |

Principle
Because of the rotation of extrusion knife and throwing granules to conical mesh surface through centrifugal effect the material fall into cone chamber after entering into the feeder, meanwhile, as the cutting effect between high speed of rotation of rotated knife and conical mesh, the granules are crushed to be small grains and discharged out through cribrose mesh holes.
