** 특징 **
-고속정립기는 화학, 기타산업에 오랜동안 성공적으로 사용되고 있으며, 적절하게 설계되어진 체망으로 된 회전식 방식은 유동성이 좋은 덩어리진 재료를 방지하여 최상의 과립의 균질성을 제공한다.
-일정한 건조한 분쇄물과 큰 덩어리의 깨지기 쉬운 재료를 능히 분쇄한다. 그리고 원심력의 원리에 근거하여 특수한 구멍의 여과망을 사용하여 세밀한 여과와 체로 치는 방식이다. 즉, 체로 마찰하며 체로 치며 단단한 입자를 망을 통하여 여과시킨다.
-동시에 크고 작은 덩어리진 것을 부수고 간다. 각종 과립기와 한세트를 이루어 사용되며, 과립의 품질을 크게 향상시킨다.
-정제의 부스러기나 새롭게 타정하기 위한 처리기로 활용할 수가 있다.
** 작 동 원 리 **
-회전날개를 돌려서 보통 습도의 과립을 가공하며, 특히 상대적 습도가 습한 유동적인 제품과 지꺼기를 제거할 필요가 없을 때에는 습과립을 만들 수 있다.
-모두 스텐레스강으로 제작되어 있다. 모든 부품교환이 쉽고 회전부와 접촉되는 면이 없어 금속찌꺼기가 생기기 않는다. 스텐레스 구동축은 조절이 가능하다.
-단순화된 디자인으로 청소가 수월하며 사각이 없어 투입원료가 끼여 쌓이지 않는다. 사양에 따라 모터의 회전수를 변환하여 제품의 다양화와 밀폐식이다.
-다량의 재료투입이 가능하며 열발생이 적도록 디자인하여 재료의 흐름이 용이하고 날개판을 적절히 통제하여 온도가 60℃이상이 되지 않게 한다. |

PRINCIPLEUSE:
KSG series high Speed granulator has been used successfully, for many years in chemical and other industries.The KSG rotory screening machine with suitably designed screen inserts offer optimal homogenization of buily freeflowing materials. Agglomerates of friable products are broken by the stationary breaker instert(stator) and creruly sieed through a specifical perforated scerm(rotor)by means of the centrifugal force.
Special friction screen inserts mill and sieve hardproducts simultaneously grinding oversized agglomerates. Therfore. If this equipment is used together with and granulator the uniformity of granules will be greatly improved.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:
Under certain conditions.KSG Rotory Screens can also be used for the pres creebning of conentionally produced wetgrannles, partically if the freeflowing product in question contains relatively little moisure and does not have a tendency to smear. In the case, tests are requied to determine whether a given product lends itself to the wet granulation process.
