** 특징 **
-본 기계는 수분이 함유된 분체원료를 상부에 투입시켜 날개구조의 SCRAPER가 강력하게 회전하면서 원료를 과립망 외부로 밀어 내어 타공망의 HOLE을 통과 시킴으로써 과립이 형성되는 구조로써 경량화. 소형화 시킨 실험용 기계이다.
- 제약,산업일반, 화학제품의 과립또는 세립류 제조용으로 사용하기 적합하며 약품이나 다(차)류 등의 과립제조용이다.
- 과립기준에 적합한 기종으로 이물질이 발생하지 않는다.
- 로터리 방식을 채택하여 제품 투입시 별도의 투입압력을 가할 필요시 원료가압추를 손으로 잡고 눌러 사용할 수가 있다.
-간편한 조립분해와 세척으로 신속하게 작업 할 수 있다.
-과립망 해체공구로 편리하게 과립망을 교체할 수가 있다.(옵션)
-재료와 접촉되는 부분은 스텐레스304로 제작되어 위생적이다.(주문에
의해316도
가능)
-자동으로 이루어져 과립의 손상을 방지할 수가 있다.
